1. Return of Products
Returns of goods based on law 4177/2013 (Government Gazette 173 A '/ 8-8-2013) part b article (9).
In any internet purchase the consumer has the right to withdraw unjustifiably within fourteen (14) calendar days returning the product in its original condition-packaging without incurring any costs, except return costs.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer according to the above, the supplier is obliged to return the amounts paid to him by the consumer within thirty (30) calendar days.
If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, he shall notify this fact in writing or by email or other fixed means which is made available to the recipient and to which the recipient has access.
Under no circumstances will returns be accepted if the above are not met.
In case that the reason of your withdrawal concerns a mistake of the company, we undertake to bear the cost of returning the product, provided that the shipping method is the same with the one chosen for delivering the product and after consultation with the company.

2. Product Replacement
The company is obliged to grant the right of replacement in case the product is considered defective. In case the consumer wants to change a no defective product, he will have to return it to the company with a shipping company and place a new order (in this case, the cost of return is paid by the consumer).
If the reason for the return concerns a mistake of the company the cost of return is paid by the company, provided that the return of the product that the shipping method is the same with the one chosen for delivering the product and after consultation with the company. After the return of the product, the customer is compensated in full within thirty (30) calendar days.
3. Defective Products
In addition to the above rights, the buyer, in cases of purchasing a defective or lack of agreed status product, also has all the rights under the existing provisions and laws relating to the contract of sale and consumer protection.
4. Order Cancellation
In case the checkout process has been completed, please contact a representative of our company to further inform you of the procedure to be followed. Your order may be cancelled provided that it has not already been completed by the company.
5. Conditions for Return or Replacement of Products
In order to make a refund - replacement of the purchased product (or products), the customer must ensure that:
- The product must be in its original packaging and in the same excellent condition in which it was received, together with the retail receipt and including the special markings of the product (tabs).
- To notify this fact in writing or by email or by other durable means made available to the recipient and to which the recipient has access.
- The product must be returned within the exclusive period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
