iv. Shipping by Shipping company selected by Brodersport. Shipping costs are included in the order
In this case if there are shipping costs are charged to the order. Brodersport chooses shipping company. The customer pays the shipping costs together with the order and receives the products from the headquarters of the transport to the place of destination, unless there is a different arrangement.
8. Order confirmation and completion
It is noted that, wholesale purchases of less than € 60 cannot be delivered. In case you are a wholesale customer and you wish to place an order of less than the above amount, you can pick up your order from the Headquarters - Exhibition of our company located at 28B Ptolemaidos Street, Peristeri, PC 12136, by arrangement. 7. CANCELLATION / RETURNS
1. Return of Products
Returns of goods based on law 4177/2013 (Government Gazette 173 A '/ 8-8-2013) part b article (9).
In any internet purchase the consumer has the right to withdraw unjustifiably within fourteen (14) calendar days returning the product in its original condition-packaging without incurring any costs, except return costs.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer according to the above, the supplier is obliged to return the amounts paid to him by the consumer within thirty (30) calendar days.
If the consumer exercises the right of withdrawal, he shall notify this fact in writing or by email or other fixed means which is made available to the recipient and to which the recipient has access.
Under no circumstances will returns be accepted if the above are not met.
In case that the reason of your withdrawal concerns a mistake of the company, we undertake to bear the cost of returning the product, provided that the shipping method is the same with the one chosen for delivering the product and after consultation with the company.

2. Product Replacement
The company is obliged to grant the right of replacement in case the product is considered defective. In case the consumer wants to change a no defective product, he will have to return it to the company with a shipping company and place a new order (in this case, the cost of return is paid by the consumer).
If the reason for the return concerns a mistake of the company the cost of return is paid by the company, provided that the return of the product that the shipping method is the same with the one chosen for delivering the product and after consultation with the company. After the return of the product, the customer is compensated in full within thirty (30) calendar days.
3. Defective Products

All exercise equipment is for home use except those that state that it is for professional or semi-professional use. Home use means that the product should not exceed 4 hours of use per week. (excluding products that the manufacturer gives more operating time per week).
In cases where you have placed an online order and upon receipt you find that some (or some) product is missing from the total order, please contact us to arrange all the necessary details and we will send you the products you did not receive without any extra charge.

9. SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS
Shipping Methods
Our Company covers all Greece territory and undertakes to deliver the products either by its own means, or through a Courier company, or through a cooperating transport company.
In some areas the partner shipping companies do not deliver at home so you will need to pick up your order from their branch in your area, upon their own notice.
In case that no Courier company or cooperating transport company is able to deliver your order in your area, our company will contact you for the delivery.
Delivery time is estimated from the day of shipment by Courier or through our company means in 1 -3 working days and by cooperating transport company 2-4 working days or 3 - 7 in inaccessible areas. It is noted that, in wholesale orders where shipping costs are integrated into the order, the products are received from the point of receipt of the transport company at the place of shipment. Product repairing is provided free of charge (under warranty) at the dealership.
For work under warranty: spare parts & work free of charge always at the dealership. For work at the customer's place and inside and outside the guarantee (The visit is charged based on the dealership price list)
For non-warranty work: spare parts charge, work and visit by arrangement. The equipment is repaired at the service-repair site of the company or the authorized dealer. Any costs for repair outside this space, are borne by the customer. Also, the costs of transporting the device to the service-repair area from the customer's premises and vice versa, are borne by the customer.
