Cross-flow microfiltration (CFM)

Cross-flow microfiltration is the best technique today to obtain WPI proteins (whey protein isolate). For this, the appropriate pore size is used, thus eliminating any other type of substances that we do not want, such as microorganisms or a solid. In addition, through this process we obtain the protein by reducing to non-significant levels other components such as fat or sugars such as lactose, obtaining a protein with the highest quality.


GRASS FED COWS

The raw material from which our protein is obtained comes from the milk of free cows, fed by grass and without stress, in this way the milk they produce is of the highest quality both organoleptically and nutritionally being the best possible raw material to elaborate ISO PROFESSIONAL.
